Policy and Procedure Requirements: |
Shipping Timeline:Most
shipments are shipped via United States Postal
Service, UPS or DHL which can change at anytime
without notice. Most orders are packaged and shipped
within 3-5 business days and delivered in the
United States within 7-14 business days from the
day ferrellwatches.com receives the funds for
the order in our account. Depending on location,
international orders may take longer for delivery,
usually no less than two weeks. Although we seek
to always have successful deliveries, Ferrellwatches.com
holds no responsibility for unforeseen problems
or complications with the shipping party or delivery
of the merchandise.
Purchasers Accurate Address Responsibility:Ferrellwatches.com
is not responsible for packages not delivered
to the legitimate intended receiver do to a wrong
address or other inaccurate information provided
by the user or purchaser from our website.
FerrellWatches.com Signature Policy:Most
packages must be signed for by someone at the
address or the location of the purchaser's requested
delivery address. FerrellWatches.com has the right
to require the card holder's signature, verified
by the postal service, for any item it chooses,
especially some high-dollar items.
Postal Carrier responsibility:Ferrell
watches.com is not liable for packages not delivered
do to a mistake on behalf of the postal carrier
or purchaser. However, If the postal Carrier makes
a mistake with a package purchased by a legitimate
FerrellWatches.com customer order, FerrellWatches.com
will do its part to try and help resolve the situation
as fair as possible. This includes insurance or
damage options provided to FerrellWatches.com
by postal carriers for FerrellWatches.com customers.
All FerrellWatches.com shipments are insured by
the postal carrier so that if they are ever lost
by the postal carrier, the order will be insured.
Damages and Returns:Our product
quality is important to us because we are careful
with packaging and we hardly ever have items sent
back to us. However we cannot guarantee that every
item will be delivered in perfect condition 100%
of the time. Therefore, if ferrellwatches.com
decides that an item is defective, incorrect or
damaged before being shipped, ferrellwatches.com
will either repair or replace the item with another
item. The customer agrees to return any items
within 14 days of shipment and that ferrellwatches.com
has 30 days to replace a damaged item once the
item has been received back at the ferrellwatche.com
return address from the customer or postal service.
During these 30 days and after, the customer will
not receive any funds back, just the fixed or
replaced merchandise. Ferrellwatches.com holds
no responsibility for damages incurred during
delivery or shipment of product. FerrellWatches.com
will do what it can to help settle the dispute
with the postal service on the customer's behalf.
We will pay the one-time return shipping charge
to send a replacement to the customer if an incorrect,
defective, or damaged item is received; however
all other return shipping charges will be the
sole responsibility of the user or purchaser.
Any damage claims shall be assessed on case by
case bases and whether or not a replacement is
warranted shall be solely decided upon by ferrellwatches.com.
In the event that we are out of stock of the product
and the customer doesn't want a replacement, ferrellwatches.com
has 30 days to try to find a replacement for that
product and then ship it. If no new stock can
be found, ferrellwatches.com will offer you another
product of equal or less value, or a full refund
usually within 30 days of the day that the payment
posted to our account. Additional changes to an
order or other "unusual circumstances" may extend
the typical 30 day timeframe it takes us to clear
up and address any unusual situations. |

Policy and Procedure Requirements: |
Only defective and
unused items can be returned. Items can only be
returned within 14 days of shipment. All returned
items will assess a 20% restocking fee. The customer
must email customerservice@ferrellwatches.com
in order to receive the return shipment address.
In order for your item to be considered for repair
or replacement, you must include all of the following
items in the return package and ship to Ferrell
Watches.com within 14 days of the original shipment
from ferrellwatches.com. Please note: If these
items are not included, ferrellwatches.com reserves
the right to not grant the return:
- Email FerrellWatches.com of your intent
to return with a detailed explanation of the
issue.
- The original unused product, with similar
or original packaging
- A copy of the original order confirmation
with the order number visible inside the package

RETURNS AND TRANSACTION NOTES: |
All claims must be
filed and returned within 14 days of original
shipment date shipped by FerrellWatches.com.
All returns must be received in the same condition
as when shipped
We reserve the sole right to refuse a refund to
a customer if we have fulfilled our merchant duties.
All returned items will assess a 20% restocking
fee.
We reserve the right to deny a refund to a customer
if the product has been used in anyway
We reserve the right to refuse a shipment to a
particular individual based on precious claims
filed.
All merchandise returned must include the original
contents of the package containing the merchandise
received.
Additionally, unless damaged greatly, we ask that
the return shipment be sent in the same shipping
box and include the same packaging materials as
was previously used for shipping merchandise.
The original shipping box request is not a requirement,
so please do not ship the box if the box is not
intact enough for safe shipping.
