All of the products sold on Ferrell Watches.com come with at least a 1 year warranty. This warranty only includes the basic functionality of the inner mechanics of the watch. The warranty only covers the repair cost of the watch and does not include forceful or unusual damage to the watch. The warranty does not cover diamonds or stones that fall out of the watch after purchase (this has not happened so far with any of our customers). All warranty inquires should be directed to the manufacture. Depending on the warranty policy of the manufacturer we sell, many of the watch manufactures we deal with provide our customers with a 2-year warranty for their product. Ferrell Watches does watch repair either in house or by our expert affiliates. Watch repair prices may vary depending on the model, type and condition of the watch and the procedure needed. We have a minimum $50 watch repair fee which covers some basic repairs.
